The Role
A unique and varied role which will provide immense career satisfaction for the right candidate. You will be working closely with the Director to provide leadership and support to a team of Bookkeepers. You will be integral in ensuring that clients receive the optimum in service from the firm. Your duties will include:
- Training and mentoring of the firm’s Team Leaders
- Management of the team including setting and reviewing of targets
- Overseeing workflow management
- Management of the client experience from onboarding to implementing improvements if needed
- Monitoring and maintaining quality across the firm in all aspects of client interactions
- Identify system and process improvement opportunities
- Manage resourcing across the firm
- Work with the team to ensure optimum use of systems are in place to maximise efficiency
- Manage the KPI process across the team
- Work closely with management to provide regular updates and reports
About You
It is essential that you have experience working in either a public practice accounting firm or a bookkeeping firm. You will also have experience working Xero Practice Manager. Ideally you will be:
