They have reached a point where they need to expand their administration team.
About the Role
This administration role sits within a broader team of experienced Client Service Administrators. You will be assisting the team to support a team of Accountants and undertake the following duties:
Provide support to a team of Accountants
Provide PA support when required
Liaise with clients to handle queries
Liaisie with the ATO and ASIC and utilise the portals on behalf of accountants
Collate financial documents on behalf of clients
Undertake the management of tax lodgements on behalf of clients
Manage and update the client database
Providing adhoc support as required to Accountants
Ideally you will have at least 6 months of experience working in administration. Our client is willing to train the right person for this role so if you have a proactive, career focussed attitude this could be a great opportunity
