About the Business:

Our client is growing their Internal Audit team due to increased levels of activity and demand within the Audit department. A strong pathway to Associate Director is on offer if you have proven leadership ability and excellent people management skills. You will be responsible for a portfolio of audit clients, both local and multinational.

The Audit team is delivering audit services to a wide variety of clients, in every business sector. Our audit professionals' primary focus is on adding value to businesses while applying the highest standards of professional integrity, objectivity, independence and technical excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading and competing audits ensuring timely completion of projects to agreed service levels.
Building and leading teams effectively, ensuring service levels and standards are maintained.
Contributing to the development and management of the Audit team.
Maintaining and developing existing client relationships.
Servicing a portfolio of key clients and successfully developing service offerings to meet demands.
Working with other teams in the business to provide coordinated solutions to clients.

About you:

The ideal candidate will preferably possess the following qualifications and experience:

At least six years audit experience within Australia.
CA/CPA qualified.
You will have significant experience, and be able to offer our clients your expertise in a range of audit services.
Extensive knowledge and experience IFRS.
Business acumen and insight to be an effective business advisor to clients.
Experience managing and leading teams effectively.
Outstanding communication (both spoken and written) and people skills.
Motivated self-starter with ambition to continue progressing successfully your career.
