Based in the northern suburbs of Brisbane, this firm has enjoyed a great deal of success within their chosen field. They take a collaborative approach to the way they work and are looking for a like minded professional to join them.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the firms' partners, you will be an experienced HR generalist with a passion to assist with developing and delivering on firm objectives whilst continuing to build on the firms’ positive culture. This is an internally focused role.
You will be undertaking the following duties and as such will already have experience in being responsible for:
Recruitment and onboarding
Workplace Health and Safety
Developing policies and procedures and implementing changes when necessary
Improvement of systems
Management of employee career cycles
Project work
About You
Ideally you will have experience working in the professional services sector. Experience working in a public practice accounting firm will be very highly regarded. Additionally, you will have the following:
Experience working in a HR generalist role
Desire to assist management to reach set goals and achieve success
Positive, career focused attitude with exceptional communication skills
Analytical and systematic approach to work
