The Role:

Our client is a boutique firm based in Brisbane's western suburbs. They are now seeking a Tax & Business Services accountant to join their flourishing team. You will work alongside a long-standing team of qualified accountants and play an integral part of their tax and business services team.    This role offers long term career prospects and genuine career advancement opportunities.

Core Duties:

• Prepare individual, partnership, trust and company tax returns across various industries 
• Prepare financial statements for companies, trusts, partnerships and private limited companies 
• Prepare activity statements 
• Advise clients regarding tax planning and tax minimisation strategies 
• Assist clients with accounting software solutions 

Skills & Experience:

• Ideally you will have 3-5 years Australian public practice experience 
• CA or CPA qualified or in the process of completing
• Ability to work autonomously and in teams 
• Experienced with XERO
