Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead a growing team of financial advisers, paraplanners, and support staff to deliver exceptional client outcomes and meet business targets.
Collaborate with the senior leadership team to drive the strategic vision and growth plans for the firm, contributing to overall business development and success.
Oversee the firm’s day-to-day operations, focusing on improving efficiency, streamlining processes, and maintaining high standards of governance.
Ensure the firm’s advice and operations are in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Handle staff recruitment and ongoing management.
About you:
Significant experience in a senior leadership role within the financial advice sector.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams, with the ability to mentor professionals.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinking combined with strong operational expertise to drive business growth and efficiency.
Completed relevant tertiary qualifications.
Remuneration is flexible depending on skills and experience.
