Exciting Opportunity: Financial Accountant for a Growing Manufacturing Company
A highly successful manufacturing company with aggressive growth plans is looking to expand its finance team. We have a new opening for a Financial Accountant to work closely with the Financial Controller and support the business's continued success.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Auditor to transition from public practice into a dynamic commercial accounting role. With the company's anticipated growth, there is a clear and structured career path leading to the Finance Manager level.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to improving accounting procedures and policies, particularly around audit reporting, to enhance team efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a team of 3 transactional staff to streamline processes
Review transactional work and provide guidance to junior staff
Perform general ledger reconciliations
Prepare month-end reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
Manage monthly BAS/IAS submissions

Ideally, you are CA/CPA qualified or on path to completion
