Finance Officer

About the Role
Support the Finance Manager by maintaining financial processes and systems in a leading professional services firm. Ensure accurate record-keeping, invoicing, reconciliations, and contribute to finance improvements.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist with daily financial operations
  • Maintain invoicing, follow-ups, and financial records
  • Manage credit card and expense claims
  • Reconcile bank accounts and timesheets
  • Facilitate improvements in financial processes, reporting, and systems 
  • Assist with financial reporting
  • Support debtor control, WIP, and leave tracking
  
Skills & Experience
  • Proven financial admin or accounts experience
  • NetSuite experience highly desirable
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong data entry and reconciliation skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
