Support the Finance Manager by maintaining financial processes and systems in a leading professional services firm. Ensure accurate record-keeping, invoicing, reconciliations, and contribute to finance improvements.
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with daily financial operations
- Maintain invoicing, follow-ups, and financial records
- Manage credit card and expense claims
- Reconcile bank accounts and timesheets
- Facilitate improvements in financial processes, reporting, and systems
- Assist with financial reporting
- Support debtor control, WIP, and leave tracking
Skills & Experience
- Proven financial admin or accounts experience
- NetSuite experience highly desirable
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong data entry and reconciliation skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
