About the Role
Support the Finance Manager by maintaining financial processes and systems in a leading professional services firm. Ensure accurate record-keeping, invoicing, reconciliations, and contribute to finance improvements.
Process accounts payable and receivable
Maintain invoicing, follow-ups, and financial records
Manage credit card and expense claims
Reconcile bank accounts and timesheets
Support debtor control, WIP, and leave tracking
Skills & Experience
Proven financial admin or accounts experience
NetSuite experience highly desirable
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong data entry and reconciliation skills
Able to work independently and in a team
