CSO/Associate Adviser

Our client is a well established financial planning business with offices in Canberra and interstate. They provide comprehensive financial advice and strive to go above and beyond for their clients. 

Due to growth, they are looking for a CSO/Associate Adviser to join their team.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage a book of clients alongside a senior financial adviser

• Prepare documents and forms for client meetings 

• Attend client meetings with senior adviser and write file notes

• Ongoing client contact

• Maintenance of Xplan database 

• Develop strategies alongside adviser

• Complete modelling and research for plans 

• Write advice documents 

• Implementation of advice 

About you:

• Ideally 2+ years of experience in financial advice as a CSO, paraplanner or associate adviser

• Completed or studying relevant degree is favourable 

• Xplan experience

• Strong knowledge of financial planning practices and regulations

• Exposure to holistic financial advice

• Detailed 

• Experience implementing advice 

Salary is flexible depending on experience, circa $65,000 to $80,000 + Super + Bonus.
