The Role: 
This is a pivotal role as you will be the face of the firm! This position also involves undertaking general administration tasks. You can truly own your role!  Your experience working in a similar professional environment will be highly valued. Essentially you will work to support the firm in an administration capacity whilst building strong client relationships.  The role involves the following duties:

- Meeting and greeting clients. 
- Answering phones and directing calls. 
- Filing.
- Ensuring exceptional first impression for the firm.
- Undertaking general administrative duties as required. 
- Calendar and diary management.
- Ensuring presentable and tidy meeting rooms. 

About You:
You will be someone who:

- Takes pride in presenting an exceptional first impression for clients! 
- Has experience in working in either an accounting firm or professional offices.  - Has a pleasant, client focused work ethic
- Enjoys working in a busy environment.
