Corporate Compliance Administrator
Job description
About the Role
This position sits in the administration team undertaking a focused Corporate Compliance role. Your objective will be to provide direct assistance to ensure all ASIC obligations and requirements are met. You will undertake the following duties:
- Preparing client documentation
- Liaising with clients
- Undertaking corporate secretarial functions including lodgement of forms
- Maintain ASIC debtors
- Maintain accurate and up to date client records
- Liaise with ASIC
- Undertake any other general administrative tasks as required
About You
Ideally you will have experience working in a similar role having had exposure to the ASIC function. If you are seeking a supportive environment in which you grow your skills then this could be the job for you. You will have:
