Client Services Officer

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Client Services Officer to join a successful professional services firm based in Brisbane. 

Our client provides financial advice and accounting services. They offer a supportive and inclusive workplace with multiple avenues for career progression. This is a fast paced role providing full support to an experienced financial adviser.

Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Provide full adviser support
  • Be a point of contact for clients and develop client relationships
  • Prepare forms and documents for meetings
  • Implement financial advice recommendations - applications, amendments, cancellations, reissues, and client communication 
  • Provide ad-hoc admin support 
About you:
  • 2+ years previous experience in a CSO role supporting financial advisers 
  • Experience working with holistic advice including insurance
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks 
Salary is flexible depending on experience, $70,000 - $85,000 + Super.
