- Handling inbound enquiries from clients - answering phones and monitoring email inboxes
- Xplan database management - setting up new clients, updating client details, filing and documenting
- General office admin - printing, scanning, greeting clients
- Printing/preparing client meeting packs
- Liaising with offshore admin team
- Strong administration/client services experience within a professional services environment (financial services experience will be favourable)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Interested in pursuing a career in the financial planning industry
