Client Services Officer

About the company:

Our client is a holistic financial planning firm with a handful of office locations throughout Queensland. They are going through a big period of growth and are looking to expand their Townsville team. 

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with strong administration/client services experience who is looking to join a fast paced and growing business.

Tasks and Responsibilities: 
  • Client services role supporting financial advisers across holistic advice
  • Handling inbound enquiries from clients - answering phones and monitoring email inboxes
  • Xplan database management - setting up new clients, updating client details, filing and documenting
  • General office admin - printing, scanning, greeting clients
  • Printing/preparing client meeting packs
  • Liaising with offshore admin team
About you:
  • Strong administration/client services experience within a professional services environment (financial services experience will be favourable)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Interested in pursuing a career in the financial planning industry 
Salary is flexible depending on experience, circa $60,000 - $65,000 + Super.
