Client Services Officer

Job description

Our client is a successful and well established professional services firm that specialises in accounting and financial advice, located in Brisbane CBD. 

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Client Services Officer/Manager to join their team.

  • Manage workflow and delegate tasks
Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Provide full support to the Directors/Advisers
  • Handle compliance processes - FDS and annual agreements 
  • Client meeting preparation
  • Full implementation of advice including trading investments through platforms
  • Managing the client database
  • Follow up with clients/product providers
  • Ad-hoc administration duties and assist with client queries
  • Delegating to and mentoring support staff
About you:
  • 2+ years previous experience in a CSO/financial planning support position
  • Experience using investment/wrap platforms 
  • Familiar with various areas of financial advice such as superannuation, personal insurance, investments, retirement planning 
  • Previous experience completing implementation of advice
Salary is flexible depending on experience, circa $70,000 - $85,000 + super.
