About the company:

Our client is a holistic financial planning firm with a handful of office locations throughout Queensland. They are going through a big period of growth and are looking to expand their Townsville team. 

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced CSO who is looking to join a fast paced and growing business.

Tasks and Responsibilities: 
  • Client Services Officer supporting financial advisers across holistic advice
  • Handling inbound enquiries from clients
  • Xplan database management - setting up new clients, updating client details, filing and documenting
  • Implementation of advice post ROA/SOA
  • Liaising with product providers such as super funds and insurers to gather information and reports on clients accounts
  • Assist advisers to prepare for client meetings - generate reports and required documents
About you:
  • 1+ year previous experience in a role supporting financial advisers
  • Familiar with superannuation, insurance and investment advice/platforms
  • Xplan experience
  • Experienced implementing financial advice recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to prioritise tasks and work in a busy environment
  • Interested in pursuing a career in the financial planning industry 
Salary is flexible depending on experience, circa $70,000 + Super.
