Client Services Manager - Financial Planning

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CSO / CSM to join a thriving financial planning firm based in Melbourne's bayside suburbs. Our client specialises in providing comprehensive financial advice and values developing strong client relationships.

The Role

  • Full time, Client Services Manager

  • Involved in all aspects of adviser support and compliance

  • Manage client annual fee agreement process

  • Track client annual review dates, arrange appointments and prepare required documents/reports

  • Complete due diligence checks on client accounts / policies

  • Xplan and client data management and data entry

  • Big focus on advice implementation

  • Receive admin support from a VA

  • Take on a leadership role as the admin/support team grows under you


About You

  • 4+ years previous experience in a financial planning support position

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Good attention to detail

  • Able to work as part of a team

  • Strong understanding of financial planning and different advice areas such as superannuation, investments, insurance

  • Familiar with financial planning compliance requirements

  • Well organised and able to manage time effectively

  • Experience using Xplan

  • Strong advice implementation experience

  • Diploma of Financial Planning or relevant tertiary degree will be favourable

Salaries are dependent on experience but will be circa $70,000 - $80,000 + super.
