Client Services Manager

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Client Services Officer/Manager to join a successful professional services firm based in Brisbane. 

Our client provides financial advice, accounting and business advisory services to its long standing client base. They offer a supportive and inclusive workplace with career progression opportunities tailored for each staff member.

Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Provide full support to a team of financial advisers
  • Be a point of contact for clients and develop client relationships
  • Book in client appointments and prepare for meetings
  • Prepare forms and documents
  • Implement financial advice recommendations 
  • Manage compliance such as ongoing engagements and fee agreements 
  • Provide ad-hoc admin support 
About you:
  • 3+ years previous experience in a CSO role supporting financial advisers 
  • Experience using Xplan
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional and presentable
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise tasks and manage workflow
Salary is flexible depending on experience, circa $85,000 + Super.
