About the Role
This is a pivotal role which provides administrative support to the operations of the firm. You will be working with a broader administration team to undertake the below:
  • Client onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintain client database
  • Prepare documents on behalf of accountants
  • Prepare correspondence on behalf of accountants
  • Deal directly with clients and assist with queries
  • Liaise with the ATO
  • Liaise with ASIC to undertake corporate compliance duties
  • Managing workflow
  • Prepare invoices and assist with billing
  
About You
 You will ideally have at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role. Beyond your ability to undertake the above duties, you will be:
  • Client focused and enjoy working in a team environment
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Happy to contribute to the overall improvement of processes
  • Experienced in using accounting firm software (ideally XPM, Karbon and CAS 360)
  • An excellent communicator
