- Provide administrative support to a team of Accountants
- Diary management and scheduling appointments
- Preparation of documents and correspondence on behalf of Accountants
- Deal directly with clients on behalf of Accountants
- Onboarding of new clients
- Liaise with the ATO and ASIC to undertake associated duties
- Contribute to process and system improvements
- Provide PA support when required
- Undertake general administrative duties as required
- Ideally you will have at least 4 years of experience working in a similar role at a senior level
- Exceptional client service skills with a client-centric approach to your work
- Must have experience working on Xero
- You will be proactive being conscious of deadlines and meeting timeframes
- Your attention to detail will be exceptional
- You enjoy making a positive contribution to a broader team
