About the Firm
Our client is a mid sized award winning accounting firm based in the central Gold Coast area. With modern offices and a friendly work environment, they offer their staff some great incentives!  They operate with an open door policy and promote progression from within. You would enjoy regular social activities which include quarterly events.  Their client base is large and very diverse.  

About the Opportunity
Due to growth, the firm is now looking for a new Client Service Coordinator to join the team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administration support to a team of accountants. This would include:

  • Communicating with clients and answering queries where possible

  • Preparation and collation of documents on behalf of accountants

  • Liaising with the ATO

  • Maintaining client database including onboarding new clients

  • Filling in electronic workpapers

  • Assisting with general accounting administration for the accounting team

  • General adhoc duties as required

  
About You 
You will have at least two years of experience working in a public practice environment.  You must enjoy being part of a team and have a high attention to detail.  Your experience dealing with clients will be highly regarded. You will also have the following:
  

  • Experience with Handisoft, Xero, Now Infinity

  • Experience working with the ATO and ASIC portal

  • Desire to work in a team focused environment
