The Firm
This is an exciting opportunity to join a national firm with a long and impressive history in the QLD market. They are currently experiencing strong growth and have established themselves as an employer of choice. Having built a reputation on providing exceptional client service this firm continues to expand their business through consistent client referrals.  They have reached a point where they need to expand their administration team. 

About the Role
This administration role sits within a broader team of experienced Client Service Coordinators.  You will be joining the team to support a team of Accountants and undertake the following duties:
  • Providing client focused administrative support for a team of accountants
  • Liaise with clients to handle queries
  • Liaise with the ATO and ASIC and utilise the portals on behalf of accountants
  • Collate financial documents on behalf of clients
  • Undertake the management of tax lodgements on behalf of clients
  • Manage and update the client database
  • Providing adhoc support as required to Accountants
  • Answer phones and respond to emails
  • Setting up of meeting and function rooms when required
About You
Ideally you will have at least 1 year of experience working in either a public practice accounting firm or a professional services environment. You will be working with a team of like minded professionals in a supportive environment.
