Client Service Administrator - Part Time

Job description

The Role
This role is a varied one which will provide you with the opportunity to deal directly with clients as well as undertake administrative duties. You will be supporting a small team of Accountants to directly assist them. You will be required to:  
  • Set appointments and undertake diary management
  • Assist clients with queries
  • Prepare documents on behalf of accountants
  • Prepare correspondence on behalf of accountants
  • Liaise with the ATO and undertake tasks such as setting up payment plans
  • Liaise with ASIC to update client details
  • Onboard new clients
  • Maintain client database
  • Manage workflow to ensure deadlines are met

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in a public practice accounting firm
  • A proactive approach to their work
  • High attention to detail
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
