This position is a Client Service Administration role in which you will be providing support to a team of Accountants. You will be responsible for dealing directly with clients to ensure deadlines are met. Working with a broader administration team, you will enjoy working collaboratively. Duties will include:

About the Role:
This position is a Client Service Administration role in which you will be providing support to a team of Accountants. - Preparation and collation of documents
- Preparation and collation of tax returns
- Onboarding of new clients
- Updating client database
- Ensuring deadlines are met
- Managing workflow
- Greeting clients
- Diary management
- Undertaking adhoc duties when required

About You:
You will have at least two years of experience working in a similar role. It would be ideal if this experience has been gained in a public practice accounting firm. Ideally you will also have the following:
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with using Xero
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven ability to deal directly with clients
- Ability to manage priorities
- A positive approach to your work and ability to work as part of a team
