Client Service Administrator

About the Role
This is a role which will offer variety within a collaborative team environment.  You will be providing assistance direct to a team of accountants in the Business Services and Advisory division.  Your specific duties will include: 

- Collating income tax returns and financial statements
- Drafting of correspondence to clients on behalf of accountants
- Undertaking corporate compliance duties and utilising the ASIC portal
- Preparing client invoices 
- Preparing documents associated with month-end
- Work with the administration to undertake general administrative tasks

About You
You will be an experienced administrator who has at least 12 months of experience working in the public practice accounting sector. Ideally you will be accustomed to working in a busy and varied environment.  You will have the following:

- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience working with a team of professionals 
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
