About The Role

About The Role
This role is one which will keep you busy and provide you with the opportunity to enjoy variety in your day. You will be employed to undertake a Client Service Administrator role and as such your duties will encompass the following tasks:
- Data Entry (tax returns and data for financial statements)
- Preparation and follow up of correspondence on behalf of accountants
- Liaising with ATO - lodging of documents, drafting correspondence and other duties as required
- Liaising with ASIC - including issuing annual company statements, completion of forms as necessary, registering/de-registering of companies
- Lodgement of tax returns
- Maintaining client database
- Provide general administration assistance as required
Skills & Experience
Ideally you will have at least 3 years of experience working in a public practice accounting firm. You will also possess the following:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
- You'll be a team player
- The ability to work autonomously & as part of a team with the ability to take personal ownership
- The ability to develop rapport with clients
- Experience in Xero
