Client Service Administrator

About The Firm
Our client is seeking a skilled administrator to support a busy team of Accountants. You will enjoy working within a positive culture where staff are respected and rewarded. 

About The Role
This role is a varied one which ensures that you will be kept busy and you will be able to utilise your full skill set.  You will be part of a broader administration team providing support to one of the firms' larger accounting teams. Your duties will include:
  • Preparation of correspondence on behalf of accountants
  • Collation of documents on behalf of accountants
  • Assisting clients with queries
  • Liaising with the ATO 
  • Liaising with ASIC
  • Providing general administrative support 
  • Maintaining client database
  • Coordinating client meetings 
About You
You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years working in the public practice accounting industry in a similar role.  You will also have the following:
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • A great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive approach to work 
  • Ability to work as part of a team
