The Role
This is a role that will provide you with variety in your day and also the chance to expand on your skill set over time. Primarily you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a team of Accountants. In addition, you will also offer support to the operations team by providing assistance with reception and general office duties. Your primary focus will be:

  • Liaising with the ATO and ASIC and utilizing the portals on behalf of accountants

  • Maintain contact with clients and liaise with them on behalf of accountants

  • Collation of financial documents on behalf of clients

  • Undertaking the management of tax lodgements on behalf of clients

  • Managing and updating the client database

  • Providing adhoc support as required to Accountants

  
About You
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience working in a public practice accounting environment undertaking a similar role. You will also have the following:
