The Opportunity Due to the firm’s continual growth a rare opportunity exists for an experienced Client Service Administrator to join their team. Your duties will include:
Being a strong ambassador for the firm through providing a high level of client services
Answering phones and directing calls, managing meeting bookings, managing staff diaries and assisting with the organisation of events
Collating and lodging financial statements and income tax returns for accountants
Liaising with external stakeholders including the ATO, ASIC and ABR
Preparing and processing ASIC Company Statements and Lodgements
Establishing Companies and Trusts for clients
Preparing and formatting letters, daily mail, filling and all other general administration duties
Data processing, accounts receivable and end of month reporting
About You You will be an experienced Client Service Administrator with experience working in the public practice accounting sector. You will have the following:
At least 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role in a public practice firm
Experience using Xero, MYOB, BGL360 and DocuSign
Must be a strong communicator with the ability to liaise with clients
High attention to detail and ability to work both autonomously and in a team
