About The Firm
Our client is a boutique accounting firm based in Spring Hill. They are a 10 minute walk to the CBD and located very close to public transport. Currently they are enjoying fast growth and require a permanent Client Service Administrator to join them. With an incredible staff culture and low staff turnover, you will enjoy working as part of this team!
About The Role
This is a newly created administration role which will be providing support to a team of accountants. You will be working with a supportive senior Client Service Administrator who will provide you direct support should you need it. Your duties will include:
- Greeting clients and assisting on reception
- Providing administration support to a team of accountants
- Drafting correspondence to clients
- Collating client documents and information on behalf of accountants
- Liaising with the ATO
- Liaising with ASIC
- Undertaking adhoc administrative tasks as required
About You
You will ideally have at least 12 months experience working in a similar role. Most importantly you will have a strong work ethic and be eager to progress your career. You should also have:
- Excellent phone manner
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Confident and pleasant demeanour
- High attention to detail
- Experience working in a public practice firm
