They promote a work life balance rewarding staff for their hard work and commitment to their clients. Centrally located in Brisbane's CBD this firm is seeking a Team Administrator to join the team. 

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role encompasses a range of responsibilities to assist the Audit team with administrative and PA duties.   Specifically, you will be required to:

  • Liaise with client and key stakeholders i.e. answer queries, follow up and request client information

  • Prepare and generate client invoices, emails, reports and other documents

  • Manage incoming phone calls when Partners and the other team members are unavailable

  • General secretarial duties as required by the Partners and team members

  • Provide  diary and travel management

  • Provide support to Partners and team members in relation to business development activities

  • Manage and maintain the Client Record Management database

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail services

  • Take and distribute minutes of meetings

  • Coordinate team activities to ensure achievement of deadlines

  • Update internal procedures, records and templates as required

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects

ABOUT YOU:
To be successful in obtaining an interview for this role, you MUST have at least 
two years experience working in a Public Practice Accounting firm. Additionally you will possess the following: 

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Corporate/professional presentation

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

  • Sound knowledge of administration processes

  • Demonstrated experience and high level of skill with Microsoft Office suite

  • Experience in undertaking reception duties

  • Knowledge of ASIC documents and lodgement processes

  • Knowledge and experience dealing with the ATO

  • Experience working with ATO portal

  • Experience working with Xero and Now Infinity software
