Client Service Administrator

Job description

Your Duties: 
This position is a pivotal one which will see you directly supporting two of the firms Directors. You will enjoy a varied role managing their administrative tasks. You will be proactive with a strong client focus as you will be undertaking:  
  • Diary management
  • Dealing with clients directly including responding to emails
  • Preparation of documents on behalf of Directors
  • Preparation of engagement letters
  • Liaising with the ATO, ASIC and ABR as required
  • Management of timesheets
  • Proactively following up on tasks
  • Collation of documents
  • Onboarding of new clients
  • Undertaking adhoc administration duties as required
  • Event coordination
  
About You:
It is essential that you have at least 3 years of experience working for a public practice firm in a similar role.  You will also have:
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks accordingly
  • High attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to work
  • Ability to take ownership of duties and follow through tasks
  • Ability to build strong client relationships
