Client Service Administrator

The Role
This position is a temporary role which has the potential to turn into a full-time option for the right candidate. It’s a varied role which will mean your day is busy and interesting! Working in a boutique accounting firm, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the firm’s accountants. Your duties will include:
  
  • Diary management and scheduling appointments on behalf of accountants
  • Preparation of documents and correspondence
  • Following up with clients when required to finalise document and confirm details
  • Greeting clients and directing phone calls
  • Database management including onboarding of new clients
  • Liaising with the ATO and undertaking associated tasks
  • Liaising with ASIC and undertaking associated tasks
  • Undertaking general administrative duties
  • Opportunity to undertake bookkeeping tasks
  
Skills & Experience
It is essential that you have prior experience working in a public practice accounting firm.  You will also have:
  
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience working with Xero, ATO, ASIC, CAS 360
  • A proactive approach to your work
  • Excellent client service skills
  • High organisation skills
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
