Known for their highly personalised and strategic approach to wealth management, they have built a loyal client base and a strong reputation in the industry. We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager (CRM) / Associate Adviser to join this high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with experienced partners and advisers, gain exposure to complex advice strategies, and grow your career in a business committed to excellence and integrity.

Tasks and Responsibilities: 
  • Attending client meetings alongside senior advisers/partners
  • Assisting in the development of tailored financial strategies and advice documents
  • Collaborate with offshore paraplanning and administration teams to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Managing client implementation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Acting as a key liaison point for clients, maintaining a strong service experience
  • Supporting advisers with research, modelling, and file preparation as needed
About you:
  • 2+ years of experience in a CRM, Associate Adviser or paraplanning role within financial advice
  • Completed or currently completing FASEA educational requirements
  • Strong understanding of financial advice processes, including strategy development and implementation
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-centric mindset
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative and professional environment
Salary is flexible depending on experience, circa $70,000 - $90,000 + Super.
