Business Services Manager looking for equity partnership within 2 years

• Manager/Senior Manager - Path to Partnership
• Influential leadership role
• Manage a team - review, train, mentor and look after an existing client portfolio 
• Strong Business development skills to build the fee base (OR merge your fee base) 
• Consulting work/Strategic input 
• Fortitude Valley location  

As a Manager you will work closely with the Directors and take responsibility for an exceptional client portfolio and lead a established and highly motivated team.  You will manage a fee base of $1.8million with the client base predominantly entrepreneurial, construction, and primary production. 

With strong interpersonal, client relationship and management skills you will also need the ability to pro-actively develop advisory and consulting work within key client relationships. 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing work, managing deadlines, work flow, budgets, team training and staff development.
• Managing a client portfolio of medium to large private clients.
• Be the resident Partner for the Brisbane office managing a team of 10 staff. 

Ideally you will need:

• Strong leadership and delegation skills and the management experience to lead a team
• CA or CPA qualified with a minimum of 8 years business services and tax experience. 
• The desire to take on an equity partnership role with a growing, high quality mid-sized CA firm
