Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Review tax returns and financial statements for a large multi-entity group, with the support of a highly skilled team, including on- and offshore staff (Team of 4).

  • Strategic Advisory: Research, prepare and deliver expert tax and strategic advice to a select group of high-value clients.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering high-quality service.

  • Team Leadership: Oversee workflow, performance reviews, budgets, and provide mentoring and development for accounting staff.

What You Need:

  • Experience: Solid experience at Supervisor or Manager level in public practice within Australia.

  • Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships and manage a small team effectively.

  • Qualifications: Completed CTA, CA/CPA or equivalent.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to review, train, and manage a small accounting team.
