Bookkeeper - Part Time or Full Time

The Opportunity

Our client is a well established accounting firm on the fringe of the western suburbs of Brisbane with easy access to the CBD. Due to the firm’s continual growth a rare opportunity exists for an experienced bookkeeper to join their team. Your duties will include:

  • Providing daily service to clients by providing a high-quality bookkeeping service

  • Utilising MYOB and Xero including facilitating set ups and conversions

  • Accounts payable and receivable

  • Payroll including reviewing processes

  • BAS and Journal Preparations

  • Reconciliations

About You

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience as a public practice bookkeeper

  • Ideally experience using Xero, along with MYOB and Quickbooks

  • Must be a strong communicator with the ability to liaise with clients

  • Experience performing the above functions

  • Must be Tech Savvy with a willingness to enhance processes
