Bookkeeper - Full Time Or Part Time

The Opportunity
Our client is based on the Gold Coast and has enjoyed a long history in the accounting and finance industry. They are seeking a part time Bookkeeper to complement their team. Conveniently located with an easy drive from either the southern or northern coast, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive team.  Your duties would include:

  • Undertaking end to end bookkeeping function for clients

  • Undertaking internal bookkeeping function for the firm

  • Overseeing the work of junior team members

  • Lodgement of quarterly BAS statements for clients

About You

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience as a bookkeeper in public practice 

  • Ideally experience using Xero, along with MYOB and Quickbooks

  • Registered BAS Agent

  • Must be a strong communicator with the ability to liaise with clients

  • Must be Tech Savvy with a willingness to enhance processes
