About the Role This is a full function bookkeeping role which will require you to work closely with the firms' Accountants. You will be required to undertake the following tasks and manage your own client portfolio:
- Preparing monthly reports - Undertaking full function bookkeeping tasks - Undertaking functions related to the ATO and ASIC - Managing a portfolio of clients and handling any queries - Maintaining regular client contact - Assisting with training of clients when required - Processing of payroll for multiple clients - Visiting clients on site when required
About You My client is looking for experienced Bookkeepers with at least five years of experience working in a public practice accounting firm. Alternatively, you could be working in a role where you are managing your own portfolio of clients. You will ideally have:
- Experience managing a client portfolio - Excellent communication skills, written and verbal - Experience in using Xero and MYOB - Ability to work autonomously - A passion for assisting businesses
