The Role
This is a hands-on bookkeeping role with additional operational support responsibilities. You’ll be trusted with business and personal accounts, so maturity and discretion are essential. Tasks will include:
- Full-function bookkeeping using MYOB
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Handling multi-currency transactions
- Customer service (local and domestic)
- Organising shipments and dispatch of goods (local and international)
- Coordinating couriers and logistics
- Acting as QC ISO auditing representative (minimal, due to small business scale)
- Supporting general office administration

We’re seeking someone with:
- Strong bookkeeping experience, ideally in a manufacturing or supply chain setting
- Proficiency with MYOB and solid Excel skills
- Maturity, trustworthiness, and discretion
- A stable, settled professional outlook – someone comfortable in their current career stage
- A willingness to learn and adapt to a small, close-knit team environment
