This position will report directly to the two Managers of the Financial Services Division. You will work closely with them to support candidate and client delivery nationally and gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Source and attract candidates across LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals, networking, and digital channels
- Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates
- Conduct reference checks and background checks
- Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications
- Write and promote job advertisements and assist with social media content
- Accompany and support Managers during client meetings
- Provide market insights, salary guidance, and career advice to candidates
- Assist with business development and client account growth initiatives

- Experience in a customer service, sales, administration, or people-focused role
- Tertiary qualifications (preferred but not required)
- A genuine desire to build a career in recruitment
