The Position
  
This position will report directly to the two Managers of the Financial Services Division. You will work closely with them to support candidate and client delivery nationally and gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment process.
  
Your responsibilities will include:

• Source and attract candidates across LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals, networking, and digital channels
• Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates
• Conduct reference checks and background checks
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications
• Write and promote job advertisements and assist with social media content
• Accompany and support Managers during client meetings
• Provide market insights, salary guidance, and career advice to candidates
• Assist with business development and client account growth initiatives

About You

• Interested in the Financial Services industry (experience is a bonus but not required)

Qualifications & Experience
  
We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds. Ideally, you will have:

• Experience in a customer service, sales, administration, or people-focused role
• Tertiary qualifications (preferred but not required)
• A genuine desire to build a career in recruitment
