About the role:

Our client is seeking an Associate Adviser to support a Lead Financial Adviser and help deliver high-quality financial advice to clients. You will manage client workflows, assist with strategy development and help implement advice in a technical, fast-paced environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Support Lead Adviser with client relationship management
• Prepare strategy, modelling and product comparisons
• Draft SOAs and ROAs with internal paraplanners
• Attend client meetings and record key advice outcomes
• Manage workflows and maintain compliant client records

Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in the financial planning industry in a paraplanning or associate adviser role
• Completed or working towards a FASEA-approved qualification
• Knowledge of super, investments, retirement and insurance advice
• Experience using Xplan and financial planning systems
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
