The Client
Our client is a well respected company based in the western suburbs of Brisbane. They have entered a growth phase and as such require a HR professional to join their team. This is a great role for anyone seeking work in the western corridor. Every day will different! 

About the Role
This role will directly support the management team as they move through a growth phase. You will become an integral part of the business. Your duties will include: 
  • Delivering on a range of generalist HR duties including managing HR processes, generating accurate paperwork in a timely fashion, orientation training, policy interpretation & performance management requirements
  • Partner with key stakeholders to proactively manage the HR requirements of their teams & meet their succession growth plans
  • Participation in adhoc projects, reports & presentations, as identified by the management team
  •  Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures
Requirements: 
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management 
  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Great attitude and work ethic
  • Detailed orientated and organised
  • Needs to be a team player 
  • Strong communication, analysis and comprehension skills
