The Role
This role is a full function Client Service Administrator role in which you will be responsible for assisting a team of Accountants.  Your duties will include:

• Collating documents on behalf of accountants
• Collating client information as required
• Contacting clients on behalf of accountants
• Lodging of tax returns and BAS
• Filing
• General administration duties
• Making appointments on behalf of accountants

About You
Ideally you will have had at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role within an accounting firm. You should have:

• Excellent work ethic
• Proactive approach to your work
• Experience in working directly with clients
• Very high attention to detail
