THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is a global business known for their strong presence in the Australian community.   

Due to their continual growth, our client is seeking a Franchise Account Manager to join their head office accounting team. 

A great opportunity to transition from public practice into commercial accounting, whilst staying within a corporate environment.


THE ROLE

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Take ownership/responsibility for your client list, managing client expectations and deliverables
• Manage communication with a group of franchise stores throughout Australia, focusing on proactivity and responsiveness. 
• Ensure financial reports are completed on time with commentary as required. 
• Ensure all GST and Payroll tax returns are lodged accurately and on time
• Monitor, coach and develop your direct reports and facilitate their performance reviews.

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in Tax & Business Services
• Solid understanding of the Balance sheet and Profit & Loss function
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to liaise with franchise store owners via zoom, by phone, and face-to-face
• CA/CPA ideal or near completion
