THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is a leading network and brand, and expanding rapidly in the global marketplace.   

Our client is known for their strong presence in the Australian community and this role would be focussed on franchise stores in NSW and QLD. 

Due to their continual growth, our client is seeking a Franchise Account Manager to join their head office accounting team.  If you are looking to make the transition from public practice into commercial accounting, whilst staying within a corporate environment, this is the role for you!


THE ROLE

As a Franchise Account Manager you will be responsible for the following duties: 
  • Take ownership/responsibility for your client list, managing client expectations and deliverables
  • Ensure financial reports are completed on time with commentary as required. 
  • Ensure all GST and Payroll tax returns are lodged accurately and on time
  • Monitor, coach and develop your direct reports and facilitate their performance reviews.
  • Provide the franchisees with exemplary client service, focussing on proactivity and responsiveness. 

ABOUT YOU
  • Commercial experience or at least 4 years experience in Tax & Business Services
  • Solid understanding of the Balance sheet and Profit & Loss function
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with franchise store owners via zoom, by phone, and face-to-face 
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A history of mentoring junior staff
