Key Responsibilities
This role is responsible for assisting the Business Services team with accounting services for their clients.
You will be responsible for meeting established productivity targets, as well as communicating work status within the team to ensure deadlines are met.
Work with a diverse range of clients from all industries including not-for-profits, large private companies, and SMEs.
Assist Managers in the completion of work assignments as required.
Competently assist and review the work of other team members.
Undertake training and development to improve skills and techniques.
Promote a professional and positive work environment.
Display a high level of maturity, motivation and enthusiasm.
Display a strong client service ethic.
Effectively foster and maintain client relationships (both internal and external).
About You:
A minimum of 3-4 years of Australian Public Practice experience.
CA or CPA qualified or close to completion.
Bachelors Degree in Accounting (or equivalent).
High level analytical and problem solving ability.
Strong Communication skills and ability to speak with clients.
Experience with MYOB and XERO.
