The Positions:

1). Senior Accountant/Client Manager (Tax & Business Services)

This is an exciting opportunity for a Client Manager or a Senior Accountant to join one of the Sunshine Coast’s leading accounting firms. Based on the southern side of the Sunshine Coast, this firm pride themselves on providing unmatched customer service to their clients. They provide a range of services including bookkeeping, accounting, taxation, SMSF and more. Due to a retirement, our client is ideally seeking a go getter who is committed to their work and has future aspirations to be a Partner.

• Flexible working hours with early finishes on Fridays

• 2 days work from home after a settling in period

• Quarterly social events

• CA/CPA renewal financially supported

• Relocation support available

  

2). Intermediate/Senior Accountant (Tax & Business Services)

Our client is a young and vibrant accounting firm based in a central location on the Sunshine Coast. They understand the importance of work/life balance and operate on a very flat structure with an open-door policy. They have a diverse client base that can give you exposure to a variety of industries including manufacturing, hospitality, real estate and more. This firm has a strong focus on development and encourages staff to have client contact early in their career.

• Flexible working arrangements (WFH opportunities & flexible start/finish times)

• Regular on-the-job training, fortnightly technical training, and tax law training

• CA/CPA support with mentoring and reimbursement of module fees once a module is passed

• $60,000 - $100,000 + Super (depending on experience)

  

3). Intermediate/Senior Accountant (Tax & Business Services)

Our client is a well-established boutique accounting firm based in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. This firm has a modern approach to work/life balance, offering work from home opportunities and time off in lieu for any overtime worked. The office closes early on a Friday to allow you to have an extended weekend every week.

• No overtime encouraged (time in lieu for any overtime worked)

• Flexible start/finish times & WFH opportunities

• CA/CPA support & regular training
