About the Role:

As a Tax & Business Services Manager, you will lead a team while managing a diverse client portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee engagements from start to completion, ensuring compliance and accuracy

• Review financial reports, tax returns, and provide strategic tax planning advice

• Identify and implement tax-saving opportunities across various tax types

• Stay updated on industry trends to deliver proactive client solutions

• Lead and mentor a team, managing workflow and performance reviews

• Deliver training and support staff development initiatives

• Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services

About You

• 6+ years’ experience in tax & business services within public practice

• CA/CPA qualified

• Proven experience managing a team of accountants

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple engagements while maintaining quality
