As a Tax & Business Services Manager, you will lead a team while managing a diverse client portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee engagements from start to completion, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Review financial reports, tax returns, and provide strategic tax planning advice
- Identify and implement tax-saving opportunities across various tax types
- Stay updated on industry trends to deliver proactive client solutions
- Lead and mentor a team, managing workflow and performance reviews
- Deliver training and support staff development initiatives
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services
- 6+ years’ experience in tax & business services within public practice
- CA/CPA qualified
- Proven experience managing a team of accountants
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements while maintaining quality
