Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of SME clients with turnovers ranging from $1M to $50M
Review work prepared by the offshore team
Provide guidance and support to the on-site team
Maintain strong client relationships across a diverse range of industries
Oversee workflow and ensure high-quality service delivery
Work closely with the Director on strategic planning and firm growth
Be part of a collaborative team with long-term expansion goals

About You:

CA/CPA qualified
Ideally 6+ years Australian public practice accounting experience
Professional, confident and driven personality
A team player who thrives in a flexible and collaborative environment
